Sound
a Trumpet is not a church in the sense that most of the world
views that word.
We are independents and worship God independently and have organized
ourselves
under the names The Lion and Lamb Project and
Watchman Ministry for Women.
We
are not all women — we do, however, promote the work of
service to
God by women and esteem their time and service very highly.
The purpose of this website
is to share the articles on the Word of God that have changed
our lives.
That work has been written by both men and women.
God only promises eternal life to those who are obedient to His
Word. There is so much
disobedience in the mainstream churches that we found it necessary
to break away
from them and worship our Lord in the Spirit and Truth that God
requires.
The Sabbath and Holy Day worship services offered on this site
are our own. They do
not follow the format of any known Church of God or other entity
functioning as a church.
Our purpose in posting them is only to share with others who may
find themselves
alone or separated from a church group where truth is being taught.

God

not Levites and we are not set up to accept donations or
tithe money of any kind. There is nothing on this website
that has a price attached.

From
our ongoing study of God’s Word, we find it necessary to
make a slight variation to it. For a better understanding of the
Tithing laws as spelled out in the Bible we refer you to the new
article posted on the homepage entitled A
History of Tithing.
Our
policy remains “Freely we have received and freely we
give,” but at the request of several, and after deep
study of the above article, we now will accept love offerings
on a limited basis,
BUT NO TITHES, thank you.

We are not soliciting any contributions
and it is not obligatory
in any way.
It is totally dependent on the work of the Spirit of God within
each individual. We are not established as a non-profit corporation,
therefore, there is no tax advantage to making a contribution
to
Sound a Trumpet, the Lion and Lamb Project, or to the Watchman’s
Ministry for Women.
Should
you feel a desire to make a contribution, please email us for
information on how to do it.
(You notice, we are not making it easy for you. No Pay Pal, no
posted address.
To contribute will require a powerful urging from the Spirit.)

Our statement “There is nothing on this website that has
a price attached” will also become somewhat untrue if we
host a feast site in the future. Obviously, anyone wishing to
attend such a site will have costs involved, but they will only
represent the normal costs anyone would encounter in attending
such a feast site. An offering to help the less advantaged to
also attend will be collected at such a site, as will the costs
of any rental halls, etc. But, Sound a Trumpet will not at any
time host a site with the intention of turning it into a money-making
venture.
Nothing collected at such a site would adhere to this organization.
